 Classes are hosted at the Richmond office, lower level and at the Avon office.

Please register in advance to ensure a seat.

There is no fee for the class and you are welcome to bring a guest and/or family member with you.

Notes will be provided when you attend.

Each attendee will receive a coupon for a free service and a discount on a vitamin purchase.
